Current CRTP Bylaws state absentee ballots can be accepted if received prior to election. Nominations can be accepted from the floor. Write-in nominations can be made prior to or at the election meeting. Nominees must consent to nomination and agree to serve if elected.
Email nomination can be sent to Nominations Committee Chairman, Steve Birmingham, until Nov 4, 2025. Thereafter, nominations will need to be made in writing and handed to him before the start of the Nov 6 election meeting, and the committee will include these along with the nominations received by email.
Otherwise, nominations may be made verbally from the floor.
